Custom Orders

Damaged Merchandise
Advantage Fixture, Inc. and our factories take every precaution to insure safe arrival of your shipment. Our responsibility ceases when the shipment is turned over to the carrier. Inspect the shipment immediately. Before signing the freight bill, insist the shipment be opened and inspected for concealed damage. Insist that all visible damages be noted on your copy of the freight bill before signing it. In case of damages, please notify Advantage Fixtures, Inc. immediately. Keep a copy of the Bill of Lading with your notes on it. Damaged UPS deliveries must be reported to Advantage Fixtures, Inc. within 24 hours.

Shipping
Orders are sent via UPS or Common Carrier (LTL Truck). Advantage Fixtures, Inc. will determine which delivery method is most efficient, based on the size of the order. Shipping will be F.O.B. Dallas or factory direct. Unless other arrangements are made, all common carrier shipments will be prepaid and will be added to the customer’s invoice. Orders requiring multiple shipping warehouses will be shipped and invoiced separately. All orders will ship UPS unless the weight of a shipment exceeds UPS Standards. Shipments that exceed the maximums will ship common carrier. Advantage Fixtures, Inc. will choose the most economical method for shipment.
Advantage Fixtures, Inc. does not set or control the shipping rates. All freight carriers deliver the shipped items to the closest point of
your address. A standard freight rate requires the customer to off-load the items off the truck.

Shipping Errors
Please report any shipping errors to Advantage Fixtures, Inc. within 48 hours.

Taxes
State sales tax will be added to your order when applicable.
