Shipments are made FOB shipping point. Due to different points of origin, your order may not ship together, which can result in multiple freight charges. We ship UPS or common carrier when size and weight exceed UPS limits. We choose the most economical way and reserve the right to select the method of shipment.

Damaged Merchandise
Immediately open and inspect your shipment. If damaged goods are received by UPS, call UPS for an inspection. Hold carton and packing for inspection. Require UPS to return the merchandise to us. Do not attempt to return merchandise yourself. If received via motor freight, note the number of cartons damaged or missing on the driver’s copy and your copy of the freight bill. Require the driver to sign both copies. If you notice damage after the shipment has been received call the freight company immediately and report concealed damage and request an immediate inspection. Send the freight company a letter confirming this request. Keep all merchandise in the cartons or crates. Do not throw away cartons or crates.
